Sherman's Martial Arts has been offering instruction and training in martial arts since 1987. Located in Chester, MD, Sherman's Martial Arts has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts.

Headed by James Sherman (Founder/Owner of Shreman's Martial Arts) and a staff of expert instructors and managers, including James Elbourn, Joe Hemler, Kathy Hemler, Sherman's Martial Arts Kent Island, offers a number of programs for physical fitness and instruction in martial arts.
